The Healey Building

In the heart of the Fairlie-Poplar District in Downtown Atlanta, the Healey Building was the last major skyscraper built during the first great building boom preceding World War I. Constructed in 1914 and designed by Walter T. Downing with Morgan and Dillon, the Healey Building was nicknamed 

"the Queen of Atlanta" upon completion.
